This application includes a wonderful look into our passion for children’s ministry and describes the safety guidelines that we have put into place for the best possible children’s ministry experience for our families. Please thoroughly read the following pages and initial each page at the bottom. 

We ask that you send the application back to us quickly, so we can process your application and background check. If you would like to fast-track the process, you can download them here.
